Return/Refund Policy

“All returns must be approved by Simple Cabinet Solutions. Please begin by emailing your request to or calling our SCS customer support at 704-727-4625. Returned items must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Per the guidelines of our distributors, certain items cannot be returned and we are bound to their policies in addition to what we have stated here. All qualifying returned, unopened, undamaged items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. The customer is responsible for handling return shipping and all associated transportation arrangements and fees. To process a return you will need to provide the order number, receipt number, pictures, and documentation as well as the approval reference from our customer service representative.”
